小红书被曝长期存在所谓送养孩子、领养孩子、贩卖出生证及上户口、儿童买卖等违法行为，甚至胎儿还在腹中就被预订。这些送养，实为明码实价的金钱交易。
他们以公开发帖、开设话题、评论等方式发布信息；有的在普法类的文章下从事违法信息的发布。
人不是商品，不可以以任何形式的交易、买卖；这其中也有打着领养送养及贩卖出生证的旗号，实施诈骗。
